Eric Hernández is a 32-year-old Costa Rican professional with over a decade of experience in customer service, technical support, call, and business center management. Throughout his career, he has consistently sought opportunities to learn and grow, both professionally and personally. Eric’s strengths lie in his positivity, developer mindset, empathy, inclusivity, and belief in the potential of others. He is fluent in both English and Spanish, and his expertise spans a wide range of areas, including analysis, reporting, modeling, forecasting, account management, social media management, and various technical skills.
Gabriel Palma, also a 32-year-old Costa Rican, has spent over seven years working in human resources, call centers, and business centers. His career has focused on helping others learn and succeed, with an emphasis on communication and solution-oriented thinking. Gabriel’s professional experience includes recruitment, auditing, quality control, supervision, training and coaching, and project implementation. He is fluent in English and Spanish and has a diverse skill set that includes strong analytical abilities, experience with Scrum and PMI methodologies, and proficiency in various software and computer systems.
Together, Eric and Gabriel have combined their knowledge and experience to create the Water Flow Methodology, a comprehensive and adaptable project management approach designed to address the unique challenges faced by modern organizations. With their backgrounds in diverse fields and a shared passion for learning and helping others succeed, they have crafted a methodology that empowers project teams and organizations to navigate the complexities of today’s business landscape and achieve lasting success.
